Archangel

"Archangel draws viewers into a celestial realm, capturing the essence of divine presence through the depiction of a solitary figure—an angelic being of extraordinary grace and power.  The central figure stands as a paragon of ethereal beauty and celestial authority. Bathed in a soft, celestial light, the angel's countenance emanates an aura of serenity and wisdom. Every brush stroke reveals a delicate blend of colors, giving life to the angel's radiant complexion. For this painting I used no model, picture, or outside subject. The challenge for me is to paint from within. I remember both the pain and the struggle painting this piece, until it got to the place where it said, “Enough”.
